i did not like how it is self check in and out i like to be greeted and talk to someone if i have questions or problems and i couldn’t do that so i was not happy at all with this place!!! i would not recommend to anyone to stay here!!!! very dirty old and just ran down and the neighborhood was horrible,people up all night with loud music and just partying all night long and it was very hard to sleep

- No elevator and narrow “one person at a time” stairs. Don’t travel with a lot of luggage - Poor water pressure in shower - Sketchy neighborhood/street - Strong smell of urine and had a homeless guy as welcoming committee - Loud cars and motorcycles up and down the street at night - Don’t see a karaoke bar not sure why they have a picture of one. Actually there’s a garage type door associated with a bar, but it’s shuttered and locked to ground. - Room with sofa bed where bed didn’t open all the way because it hit the opposite wall. Had to shift the sofa 90 degrees to open bed. - Mattress on sofa bed looked like it was borrowed from local jail - No socket in the bathroom - Honestly if you’re staying for one night and don’t care about what I wrote above, and it’s the cheapest room around, then book it. But buyer beware. - IMO dish out a little more and get a true hotel. For the amount they charge you can get a better place for an extra $30-$50 a night.

Terrible. The light did not work, no person in sight to ask for anything. I called the number multiple times throughout my 5 day stay and I still haven’t gotten an answer back. I would not stay here ever again.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed. It was dirty, and there were only two towels for two people. I couldn't sleep all night because a couple was fighting and screaming. I tried to contact the owner, but he didn't respond until the next day. Right in front of the hotel, there were drunk people sleeping. Please, do not stay here—it is the worst place.

Very basic room. While it was sufficient for a single night prior to our cruise, it is definitely not something suitable for a longer stay. A lot of noise from the street (stayed on a Saturday) as well as thin walls/hearing conversations from the room next door. My suggestion for the management is this: A few acoustic panels placed around the room to dampen sound, a mini fridge, hair dryer and a couple of bottles of water would really help take this from a basic room tolerable for a single night stay to something much more welcoming. Also, have sheet already on the bed instead of the guest out it on takes minimal effort but looks nicer than having it sitting on top of the bed.

It was good the only thing is that there is no front desk at this location there is no bar nothing and house keeping is not exactly on deck but they were nice and accommodating, the area does look sketchy but I felt very safe locals are friendly. Room was clean there was no small towels but price was affordable.

Horrible customer service!! Upon arrival we couldn't get in our room bc the code wasn't working. I called their number, texted and emailed, no one returned any of my messages until the following afternoon. You have people sleeping and smoking crack right infront of the entrance gate and there are NO camera's infront of the property which is unsafe. Our Uber drivers would wait for us to get inside the front gate before they drove off. They have a No music or noise policy that starts at 10pm, yet no one follows it bc there is No one there to enforce it. If you don't care about sleep, this is definitely for you, also you are down the block from the bars so it does get very loud esp. Thursday through Sunday. There is only 2 spots for breakfast and that's a win or lose depending on the day. If you dont mind walking about 15 mins, you will find Burger King, Walmart, Dollar store, Walgreens, plus coffee shops. We paid extra for our room and private outdoor shower which I liked bc it was different. The water was barely hot at times and pressure was weak. The king size bed was very comfortable and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The Palmas restaurant down the block had amazing food but it tends to get very loud and if you sit outside prepare yourself for the homeless to come to you and beg for money. The girl with the glasses and afro was very rude, she left us at her table outside for 40 mins, never bothered to take our order, we had a long day so we decided to go inside the

When we got there the hallways were dirty, rooms had only the bare minimum, no toiletries, the towels looked used and were very hard, and i couldn’t sleep. I heard gun shots and cops. We preferred to leave at 12m there was a bum in front when we where coming out pulling on his Junk nd making remarks we didn’t feel safe and I would not recommend this location absolutely not, I’ve stayed at many hotels and Airbnbs in San Juan, this has been my worst experience.
