There was a lack of service from the staff. They did not even bother to stop their personal conversations ( front desk staff ) to welcome me when I passed the door. For a small leading, it was a terrible experience.

it's ok

It's ok, not luxurious. The hotel is loud, you can hear all the doors and noises from other rooms. The pool and roof deck are pretty cool. Although it is clean, our room had cockroaches.

Very few things I liked Nothing special to sat because the many things I didn't obscured any small nice detail The room had no window It had a very desagreable lightning The noise in the bathroom when the light was on was terrible The room door let the light from the corridor coming in and the noise from the corridor and the other rooms Very disagreable It was supposed to be a luxury boutique hotel

Terrible experiencie

Upon arrival, there was not hot water and we had to shower with freezing water (I called the receptionist but it didn’t get fixed). The toilet cistern broke and was leaking and making noise all night. The bathroom door didn’t close and it would compelled open when you were inside. The property is beautiful and the staff was nice but our experience was terrible.
