Absolutely phenomenal secured location on a seemingly private beach. The premises was great for my family vacation with 2 children. Management was always one call/message away during my 5 day stay… Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. It was in a great location and was an extremely short walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here, we stayed in the PH with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it was lovely. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook, and beach towels, chairs, and floats were provided.

Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear.

It was great to be close to the beach, and to be part of a "normal" San Juan neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The apartment was basic, clean, with good working appliances and security to get into the building and our quarters. Parking was okay most of the time; we only had to park three blocks away once. Two remotes had dead batteries and replacements for one of them was provided promptly. The other remote needed a small/short battery; we never got that replaced but survived fine without the living room fan/light. Staff was very helpful when we had difficulty finding the place the first night.

Truly bummed to leave such a negative review as it is unusual for me to leave these type of reviews but I feel it’s important. To begin with, I was the one that had to reach out to them about check in. Check in was at 4pm and they didn’t reach back out to us about our check in details until about 4:20pm. and not to mention the vehicular gate code not working, so we had no access to the parking inside the apartment complex. As well as finding a ‘Thank you for staying with us card’ under someone else’s name, which I thought was weird. We were supposed to stay here for 5 days, but we only stayed there 3 days due to no running water for 3 days! The water would not come back until late at night any where between 10-11pm. Not to mention how low the water pressure was, specifically from the shower head. Although there was so much back and forth with Otium and given the run around and receiving only “We understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize” they were able to relocate us to another one of their properties for the remaining few days of our stay. We very much appreciated the relocation but I truly believe we will never book with Otium again.

My friends and I took spent our 5 day trip at this location and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. It’s safe,quiet,convenient,and close to everything such as nearby beaches,La Placita,Old San Juan,and amazing restaurants. We had the smoothest vacation experience.We’re looking forward to staying at this location again or possibly exploring other properties Otium has to offer. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Thank you Otium for making this an experience for my friends and I to remember forever.

Worst Stay/Horrible Hotels.com Service

The property is bs. Do not waste your time here. They only give you 1 towel and face cloth for your entire stay. They want you to purchase towels, etc through them. The floor is continuously wet, the bed had dirty sheets, there is no salt, sugar, pepper, NOTHING, in the room for your stay. The wet floors caused me to fall. The shower leaks water from bathroom to the bedroom. The water pressure is horrible and slow.The balcony does not drain properly during rainfall. They send you a check in list with the items I stated, 16 hours before you check-in or catch your flight. That way it's hard to find another stay. Hotels.com does NOT stand behind you; they are about them making money. Will dispute. Check out early. WORST STAY AND WORST WEBSITE

While the parking space was tight, and took a few tries to get into, it was worth it! These apartments are so close to the beach! It is inside a gated community, and the parking and entrance access are also behind gates. The apartment was clean, the A/C worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of space and closet space, bath and beach towels included. There was plenty of hot water. The balcony was awesome for hanging out, listening to the ocean, and watching the (taken care of) stray cats wandering and interacting. 15 minute ride to airport, and 10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Would definitely come back!

This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. It didn’t bother us much; we simply cleaned it up and moved on with our stay. We also requested fresh towels during our stay, and they were delivered promptly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again!

Excellent property. As advertised plus. The 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse condo provided everything my party of four needed. Close proximity and cheap Uber ride to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isle Verde. Be advised it is a third floor walk-up but still a great stay. Partial ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Be advised there is only one TV. I would highly recommend this property.

I think the property is nice, street well illuminated, we were able to walk the street and the surrounding areas around 9:00 or 10:00 pm and felt pretty much safe, been so close to the beach is nice for morning walks along the shore, in the morning is a little noisy because of the trash collectors emptying the containers, I had a little bit of trouble to open the gate, when we arrived, but a quick phone call and the good directions they gave me solved everything nicely. Overall, we enjoyed it and I asked the other guests in the building and they were pleased as well.

Nice location with easy walking access to the beach. Comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen. Water pressure was kind of low. The beach is beautiful with windsurfing going on in the area for those looking to learn or practice.

I liked the security and that the beach was in walking distance. What I didn't like was that there was mildew in the bathroom ceiling and was extending to the hallway outside of the bathroom. Other than that the place was nice and cozy.

Great location, safe gated area. Restrooms provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. unfortunately something that was a bit annoying was the floor in my room was quiete dirty. A lot of sand and dirt on the floor. Overall a pleasant stay.
