Stayed for 3 nights, toilet was dirty, no cleaning service available. I asked for cleaning towels and they never brought them. I would never stayed at this place again.

This room was a great find! Very, very clean, and very close to the beach. Is also close to small restaurants and anything else that you need. This was a great stay!!

The room we stayed in is spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great (except the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall). The room is comfortably air-conditioned at 70 degrees. The bed was comfortable. We used the couch and desk for our suitcases so we wouldn't have to bend or squad down as much (in the case if they were on the floor). So a couple of luggage racks would be a real enhancement since the room has space for them. The location of this hotel (or Airbnb?) is good but the road and sidewalks of the street (Calle Jupiter) were in poor condition. There are good cafes steps way. It took us just a minute or so by foot to reach a small beach area where the water is nice and calm because of some breakwater structures there. It appears to be a popular place for the locals. We walked further from there and reached the larger beach (presumably Isla Verde West). There is no front desk and we didn't meet any staff. But Check-in and Check-out were easy and communication via messages was good. There is not a "Rosalina Isla Verde" sign on the hotel's building. You'll have to focus on finding "84" on a single-panel door. Not easy to spot if you are driving. We really appreciate that parking is avaliable - the hotel has a couple spots and you can park on the street for free as well. Overall, our one-night stay at Rosalina Verde was quite nice.

I use a CPAP. Bedroom 5 had no electrical outlet that worked. I was able to contact the manager and was moved to Room 6 . Bed was great, room was clean. Tile in the bathroom in 6 was heaving and cracked..Shower was v good. Quiet close to food 3 blocks from The beach

We love this place, perfect place to stay on our first night Shoud have stayed longer. They've really thought of everything you need. Super helpful staff, EASY checkin great room comfy bed nice area with restaurants and 3 minute walk to beach access. safe and Everything you need such a deal

Nice stay, cleaning ladies on property. Lots of water for guests, clean rooms. The only problem I had with the rooms were the shower heads, impossible to not get your hair wet while showering

The room did not match the pictures, which is fine. But there was no notice at all that the water was going to be out. For 2 days there was no water of any kind and their solution was to give us jugs of drinking water to use for the toilet and sink. There was no shower at all. I’m sure it was out of their control but this was unacceptable. We got a full refund on our trip which was appreciated. Don’t think I’ll recommend this place moving forward

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small — too small to comfortably fit two suitcases. Upon arrival, there was no internet, and during our stay there was no running water, which meant we could not shower or even flush the toilet. The location was also not as convenient as advertised and was not close to bars and restaurants as described. Overall, this property is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and I would not recommend it.”

Room was in good condition and property was cleaaaan. Location is safe/near the airport abd not far from Old San Juan; 20 mins (took a $20 cab ride for a 6 minute drive from the airport, but could've used one on the apps if my wifi was working; smh lol) and right as you get into San Juan in between the interstate and the beach; very convenient. Internet went out but there were places (restaurants/etc. that had wifi) nearby; a phone would be great to call a taxi/emergency, and maybe a mini map of the area would be nice, but the small amenities were great (coffee maker, mini fridge, soap/hair wash dispensers, small closet wardrobe, microwave, etc.). Bed was reeally soft, sume more support would be nice. I'd stay again ultimately for a quick 2-3 night trip.

I had a spacious suite. Very clean. Nice comfortable queen bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Excellence A/C. Private bathroom was spacious and clean too. Easy entry with code box outside. No frills hotel. Perfectly located near beach, coffee shop and bistro. I would definitely stay here again and again. Walking areas are great to explore nearby restaurants and local bars.

Perfect! It's exactly what we were looking for. A clean, comfortable, safe place to stay at a fair price. The space is very small, but well planned out and decorated. The property manager was great at communicating with us and was very helpful. The beach is a quick walk away from the front door. We were told by our Uber driver to be careful late at night due to there being low income housing across the street. But really, it's smart to be careful at night wherever you are staying. We didn't have any issues. There's a great little Mexican restaurant about a block from the front door if you're looking for somewhere close to eat.
