I went with my family, it was 4 of us, the apartment was wonderful, very lovely and had everything that was needed. We stayed 3 days 2 nights. I would recommend.

The hospitality is amazing! We couldnt find the tv remote in the unit at all and i reached out to the property owner and i figured she would have handled it the next day, She actually came the same day with a new remote for us lol. Love the location and the Loft will definitely stay here again!

My stay was wonderful. The property was very clean with all amenities listed was included. The property is very nice. It felt like home. Ac worked very well. The internet TV, was not as great with lost of connection often. ( not a big deal) I was out and about often. The house keeper was friendly, helpful and loves her work. The neighborhood is safe. Very noisy because its on the main road. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't want to cook your own meals. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it.

This place was awesome in every aspect, the only thing is the walls are very thin, you will hear everything from the streets and it’s near a bar so music played all night.

Indicaba que encontraría una llave de acceso al estacionamiento y en la primera noche no estaba. Luego apareció en el Airbnb. Según en el lugar encontraría una cama king size y una queen y eso no fue lo que encontré, sino 3 camas full no fue lo seleccionado .

This trip was with family and friends, 3 adults and 2 children. The loft was comfortable in size. Although the pictures do make it look bigger than what it is, but it was nice and comfortable. It smelled amazing upon arrival and was clean. I feel that the instructions on how to get to the location could’ve been a little more detailed, maybe including the painting that’s beside the glass doors. We used that as our landmark when we returned. to the Loft. Another suggestion I would make is to make it clear that the location where the parking garage is, is actually a street and not a location. That part had us riding around for about 30 minutes looking for an actual building and not the street. Once that was made clear, we found the garage fairly easy. Other than that, the location is literally where everything is, which was really nice. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I hated the outside of the apartments. I felt like I was staying in an abandoned apartment,but the inside was nice. I didn't like the furniture in the living area because it was cloth and had stains. So many people rent this place so I feel it shouldn't have cloth furniture. The apartment was close to many things and just a short ride to the beach and Old San Juan. Overall we had an amazing stay.

I appreciated the prompt response from the property manager when an issue arised. But exterior of the building was not appealing but once inside the unit, it looked like the pictures which was great. The water pressure in the unit was not up to my group standards. That needs to be fixed.

First I like to say thank you ,the outside looked nothing like the pic that was showing to us !! The inside was beautiful , the shower there was barely no water coming out and it was always hot , when i want A cild shower I couldn’t cuz the water it was hot , they didn’t call us to check on us to see if we were good or not , they wait on the last day to go check on the WiFi that was not working since the first day we got there !! The place was nice and the service was horrible !
