I truly enjoyed my stay at the Oliver Hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready for check-in. Everything was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan and the beach.

It was a great value for its price. The staff was friendly and the room is spacious and clean. There was not as many amenities like free water etc but can be found nearby. You can definitely walk a bit to get to Old San Juan from this location though a bit farther. Overall I had a great experience

Hotel was quit ,and clean on arrival but you need to ask to clean the room, asked for towels and cream for coffee. Got the towels an hour later never got cream . No one at front desk, need to call for assistance

My stay at Oliver Hotel was disappointing. Check-in was delayed since no one was at the lobby and I had to wait about 15 minutes. The staff was kind but inexperienced and disorganized. I didn’t receive the entry PIN or Wi-Fi code and had to request them several times. My first room had no electricity and the welcome sparkling wine (Diamond benefit) was missing, so I was moved after another wait. The coffee machine and floor were not clean, and my key failed twice. The location is central and safe, but the hotel offers no food service and, overall, it’s not worth the $190 per night. Staff is friendly, but the operation needs much better organization and professionalism.

Good day, I recently stayed at your establishment. A few things u can improve on: 1. Having a 24/7 receptionist, when I arrived I waited 20min in the rain for the receptionist to arrive. 2. Food/gift shop on property: when I arrived to the property there were no amenities available. I would suggest having a relationship with Uber eats to ensure comforts for your guests. 3. Noise: Saturday evening/ Sunday morning there was a loud dunking noise that vibrated the walls of my room 310. I messaged the front desk ( who was not on the property, and they still have no idea what that noise was.

hotel had no amenities such as gym or pool and practice front desk staff however it was quiet, felt safe and it was clean . lobby was spectacular and modern. however the rooms need upgrade and fridge was not clean everything else met good standards and bathroom was modern however water pressure was low. 6 out of 10

Everything very nice and clean. There is no permanent staff manning the front desk, but they are a call and a couple of minutes away. The area, Puerta de Tierra, is very safe and within walkable distance to El Viejo San Juan. Only complaint: at arriving, on Thursday, I let the front desk to know that it was my wife birthday the following Saturday, and ask for their help to prepare a small surprise for my wife (that I was going to pay for). The following day I was told that the owners, due to their religion, do not celebrate birthdays. I found that a weird reason. It is their religion, not mine, and I didn’t want them to celebrate anything, I was the one celebrating my wife birthday.

Hotel is cute and well-located between old town and Condado. Everything is a short $3 uber away. The room was large and clean now we the TV didn’t work for the duration of our stay (despite multiple requests to fix it) and the staff is unavailable—there is nobody at reception, you have to phone someone and they come from a nearby property to handle check-in and other requests. This was at times a bit inconvenient/frustrating but overall it’s a nice room. For the price the TV should work; and small maintenance things like the toilet paper holder should not be broken.

It was actually a really good stay. They are doing renovations it appears but they offer a complimentary beer and are very attentive. I like the security of the place. You get a PIN code to access the hotel which made me feel comfortable since I was traveling alone. I would definitely stay there again. It’s close to everything which I loved. Definitely recommend it!

Boutique Hotel in the heart of San Juan

Staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and very comfortable for myself. Restaurants and convenience stores, beaches were all at a walking distance. The area in which the hotel is located is pretty quiet, heard zero street noise from my room (206) I would absolutely stay here again for both price and the comfort of the room. I slept in every night of my stay with zero issues falling asleep. Thank you again!

Nice budget property

Nice place, good price, nice staff when you saw them. Rooms could be improved with addition of Kleenex and nar soap. Pretty much a self serve property. Close to PR Capital Building.

I booked this place thinking it was in the heart of Old San Juan based on reviews about the “great location,” but it actually wasn’t close to much — about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions. The front desk is technically available 24/7, but only through a messaging system, and someone comes over if there’s an issue. They do respond quickly. One girl that came over at one point was not friendly whatsoever as if I was inconveniencing her: That setup made me feel a bit uneasy since there’s no on-site security, and the building felt empty even though other guests were staying there. Entry is by keypad into an empty lobby. The elevator didn’t work, and the next day we didn’t have hot water (though it was eventually fixed, the water pressure stayed low). The shower had a modern design with only half a wall and no door, which caused the bathroom floor to flood. On the positive side, the king bed room was spacious. However, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking to really experience Old San Juan.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito, el staff amable. Pero, como es nuevo necesitan estar mas al día con el mantenimiento (aires, inodoros, agua caliente, etc). También mejorar el manejo de los empleados de limpieza (debe hacer menos escándalo) y mejorar la comunicación con las personas de mantenimiento (horarios para hacerlo y si hay huéspedes en la habitación o no).
