Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
Nice property, isolated from any town. Quiet, pretty. They tend to play music—sometimes loudly—at the pools and restaurants, so be forewarned if you are someone who prefers quiet. Staff are super nice and helpful; extremely welcoming.

La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Room was clean, staff was friendly, direct access to the beach which we loved!! Property was undergoing renovations and could use other updates but overall we had a wonderful experience!
