"We absolutely loved this hotel! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, spacious, spotless, and included a kitchen, exactly as shown in the photos. We were also fortunate to have a spectacular ocean view that made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. "Pros: The property is beautiful upon driving in there is a beautiful lazy river pool with a swim up bar and right across from the beach. They allow up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable 125 fee and there is a large dog park at the back with 2 gated areas, which can open into one large area and plenty of bags and a trash receptacle. The hotel is also near rainforest cafe which is exciting since I haven’t been there since childhood. Fridge that works. Smart tv to view Netflix/Disney. Comfortable bed....

"The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it."

Not a huge charge, but we'd never heard of that or had it happen anywhere else. Also, the pool and bar say they close at ten, but they must cut off entrance to the pool before that because our cards didn't work after 9 or 9:30 pm to get access to the pool or pool bar.
