I love this hotel however, the restaurant and bar are disappointing. The restaurant stated it was open until 9 pm however, when we went to dine at 8 o’clock, we were turned away told the kitchen and bar were closed. we had to beg the bartender to serve us a drink. Not too long after we received our cocktails, the bartender told us and other patrons sitting at the bar. If we wanted to finish our conversation, we needed to go to the lobby. I thought that was extremely rude. I’ve worked in the service industry, my whole life, and we would have never treated clients or customers like that. It was clear she was trying to get out of there fast. I have never seen an establishment so rude and rush customers so.
One of the reasons we choose this hotel is that it has everything in one spot but if the hotel restaurant and bar have rude employees and close early, what is the point? We will definitely think twice before choosing this hotel again.
