Phone didn't work. Rug was dirty and stain, seen mold. Around 2:30am was woking up by someone hitting bathroom window men talking loud. Kept Walking by window Really scared me i was by myself. The room was roomy. Staff very nice

The hot tub made me and family break out from raw fiber glass. The kids cried and itched all day/night. The property is ok. Out dated. But very clean. Only complaint is the hot tub being open to the guest.

Sadly must give this facility a low rating based on poor physical structure, lack of upkeep, and cost management. Outside of building was OK, but inside room revealed out-dated furnishings, dark corners of the main room and bathroom. Furniture was old, scarred, and needs refurbishment. Bathroom crank window mechanism was broken and remained half open allowing cold ocean winds entry and lack of security from outside visitors. I remained very cold during entire stay. Sink was cracked. 1950 Bates Motel quality. Staff/mgr. was very nice.

This is a decent 2-star with limited amenities. The heater was not really functional and tucked underneath the bathroom sink area. Location is good - a longish but nice walk to downtown.

The first room I checked into was on the ground level and had a bathroom window that was open and broken. It could not be closed with the lever. It did not have the protective screen so anyone could get in through it. I was given another room on the second floor (my request). Took a few tried and visit to the front desk to get the key to work. When I returned for the night it was freezing and the thermostat would not update to warm up the room. I ended up sleeping in sweats with my coat, additional sweater and beanie .

It's an older property but nice and reasonably clean. Friendly staff, nice pool and easy drive to SLO campus. Bed is comfy, good amount of pillows. Squeaky floors, thank goodness for upstairs room.

The room was clean, but the shower was WAY TOO Hot. The shower facet handle was stripped, spun freely and did not allow me to regulate the temperature of the water. Since it was way too hot, I felt like I was being scalded by the hot water. I complained about it to hotel staff and texted the complaint to them. But they did not fix it even when they said that they would. I worked with it to get it more reasonable temperature on the last day. The Inn needs to fix the shower facet when they are asked to and not put their patrons at risk from scalding.

All Hotel Properties can charge more money for a few night's stay because "They Can"! There seems to be no reason, but "They Can". I did appreciate the exceptionally clean linens and pillow on the bed; sleeping was very comfortable. The heater was operational and kept the room warm and comfortable. The refrigerator was large and "Clean". The microwave was operational and "Clean". There is a small electric coffee pot, but bring your coffee grounds so that you can enjoy that fresh cup in the morning that makes "You Happy". The walk-in shower was operational and provided a decent amount of hot-to-warm water spray. The bathroom sink and counter were clean and operational. The toilet bowl is small and very low to the ground.

Great service from the front desk. We had dinner at Thai Palace as listed on the recommendation sheet and it was wonderful! We were provided extra towels for the jacuzzi which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would stay here again!
