Nice place!

Very nice location, furnishings- super nice staff, walkable to restaurants, easy check out. Would have been perfect if the stomping people upstairs and the loud talkers next door had let us sleep, but guess that's Saturday night in a college town ;)

Usually never leave reviews but staff was so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Customer service was beyond great. Accidentally locked ourselves out close to midnight and was helped by staff immediately. Great room for great price!

Sunbeam is a comfortable little place. The room I stayed in was nicely furnished including a fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and good WiFi. It's easy walking distance to either downtown SLO or to the Cal Poly campus. I plan to use them for my next visit.

Cute motel

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sunbeam. It was clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked great and kept our room cool. The shower had great water pressure and was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying at the Sunbeam again because of the price and condition of the property.
