"Did not have a good experience when booking and dealing with this property. Will not stay with Hilton in the future."

"The hotel apparently has a policy of making a copy of your credit card you use to pay for the room and incidental's. They make a full copy of your credit card number with cvc and expiration and a copy of your id for their files. Very unsafe for individuals staying there . Easy for them to steal your credit card information or identify theft. Easy for them or any of their staff to steal or sell your information. I didn’t like that. That policy is not stated no where for customers to know before arriving. Also the hotel stinks as soon as you walk in has a distinct old smell. The room was hot and smelled like old , dust , musty carpet smell. "

"My recent stay here in San Bernardino was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. There was visible mold throughout the shower, and while showering there was a strong moldy smell that made the experience very unpleasant. The tile on the walls had dirt buildup along them, which made it obvious the bathroom had not been properly scrubbed. The bedding was also in poor condition. The blankets and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the blankets felt stiff and crusty, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the motel requires a $55 deposit hold (either cash or card), which I found unreasonable considering the poor cleanliness and condition of the room. For a property charging a deposit, guests should at the very least expect a clean and properly maintained room. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would not stay here again."

"Breakfast was pretty bad, staff was not attentive to make sure hot food available at all times waited a good 15 min after i told them food trays empty . Also cups for coffee weren't ready available one of my worse breakfast experiences. Also was not secured the room i reserved i even called ahead same day of checking to make sure my 2 bed suite with w queens and 1 king was not available when i arrived. 2 if my guests had a terrible night sleep on sofa ben bc of that. I dont think I'll be back here."

"Room was clean, check in was smooth. Staff was awesome. Only problem, was the EV chargers were not working other than that awesome place. "

"Clean enough room, staff was a little abrasive and not very helpful… unsafe is an understatement. Left room for about 3 minutes to get the Wi-Fi password from the front desk, went back into the room and all of the drawers were opened and nightstands pushed away from the wal"

"Here is the list: 1) Bathtub was clogged, 2) shower stall leaked into the bedroom through the wall on to the carpet, shower curtain rod sagged so curtain just stayed in the center getting the floor all wet, 3) called ahead to check but no microwave in the room, 4) no coffee, 5) no hot breakfast. When we complained at the office, we were told that we should have called ahead to find out about hot breakfast not being served. The assistant manager, Ally, said that those working the front desk should have informed us at check in and would have suggested other nearby hotels that served breakfast. This is an idiotic idea. Can you imagine checking in at 10 pm after being on the road just to find out that our hotel of choice (no pun) would suggest we find a different hotel? A simple "Hot breakfast is not available at this time" should be stated on your website. Since there were three of us (my wife and I, and our 91 year old mother) staying for two nights, that makes a total of 6 breakfasts that we did not get during our stay."

"Non-Smoking rooms were smoky. Burns in the sheets and shower curtains. No towels or maid service. Could not get towels at night due to the front desk not having the keys to the laundry room. Mold on our shower already. Terrible water pressure, barely able to wash hands. The door would not fully close. The front desk was no help in booking or adding on rooms prior to visit. When asked for new/more towels (3 guest paid for 1 towel in room) We were told to walk down to the laundry room and exchange them ourselves. The area/other people staying were loud at night. Screaming and yelling. Lots of homeless people are sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. NO REFUNDS, even if you don't feel comfortable in the room. "
