I enjoyed my stay, however they need to use sheets and towels without any stains because our first thought was "They didn't change the sheets and gave us dirty towels". I really loved the kitchenette, it was very useful for us. I think the breakfast needs an upgrade and the Gym needs some more weights. You do have to take out your own trash when your trash is full. Other than that the stay was good. There wasn't a time where I felt unsafe so that was great.

It was clean, beds were ok, not as comfortable for the price. I liked that they had a stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The gentleman that checked us in was nice. The lady that was working early morning setting up the coffee was not friendly, she needs better customer skills. Asked for later check out and they did not accommodate the request even though the place was so expensive in the first place. $300 very expensive for that type of hotel and no breakfast, no swimming pool. I feel like I got ripped off.

We were traveling for Christmas and needed a pet-friendly place that was also comfortable and well maintained. We came across Extended Stay America, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel was only 10 minutes from our family’s home, with plenty of stores and restaurants just two minutes away, which was perfect for last-minute Christmas shopping. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet, Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.
