"Hotel was convenient except the very long walk from the garage to our room. On the morning of our departure, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door an hour and a half before actual checkout time. That shouldn’t happen."

"While the lobby seems well-maintained, the guest areas—specifically the hallway to the left of the front desk—show a significant decline in decor and cleanliness. Our original room was in poor condition, appearing aged and poorly maintained. It was dark, dirty, and had a persistent odor of cigarettes, which contradicted the bright and modern photos shown on Hotels.com. Additionally, there were visible stains on the walls, carpeting, and bedding. After we requested a different room, we were initially given a key for a room number that did not exist. Upon returning to the front desk, we were informed the second room was in a different tower. Before making the very long trip, we asked if the second room was any different from the first, and the staff member confirmed it was not. I cannot recommend this property given these maintenance and cleanliness issues."
