The property has a great view of the lake and mountains. The porch connected to the room is lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset. it is a not too far from the city center, but the mountain road condition made it less attractive to drive out and visit.

The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay.

The views from the property were truly unbeatable. The cabins are comfortable inside, and the outdoor picnic tables and lounge chairs make it easy to enjoy room service from the tea house or a glass of wine outdoors. During our stay it was extremely windy, so we chose to dine at the tea house instead — which we ended up highly recommending. That said, the room cleanliness fell short. While the bed sheets were fresh and clean, the floor had clearly not been swept (there was visible dust and dog hair), and the couch was covered in crumbs. We also requested a crib for our infant daughter, and the mattress provided was too large for the pack-and-play. It curved upward like a banana, making it unsafe for our baby to sleep in. As a result, she had to sleep with us in the bed. I’m not sure why they assumed it would be acceptable for a child to sleep on a curved, ill-fitting mattress.

Fantastic views.

An amazing view of the lake. We were able to sit on our back porch to watch the sunrise and sunsets. The resort sits high on the mountain above San Martin. The tea house provides excellent food and great service while enjoying the view. We would happily return.

Starting with the basics: hotel is well equipped, hot water, great water pressure and great beds. Location is great: super peaceful and amazing views in any direction that you can look, including the bathroom shower! Staff: Super helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast. Alda was great in catering to our needs during breakfast.

O lodge está num local bonito, no alto da cidade, com vista, a 4km do centro da cidade, por estrada de chão, onde tem uma casa de chá, bom para o verão. Estrutura do quarto é boa. Qualidade de materiais, roupa de cama. Porém, o atendimento inicial prestado pelo LUCIANO na nossa chegada perto das 17h, foi bem ruim. Estávamos bem cansados da viagem de dia inteiro. Nao tem ninguem no lodge em si, precisa ir na casa de chá dentro da propriedade. Chegando lá o funcionário Luciano estava sozinho, fazendo papel de tudo, garçom, recepcionista, gerente, e pediu para esperarmos. Estava trazendo pratos, fechando contas e não conseguia fazer nosso checkin. Quando pedi de novo depois de alguns minutos que nos atendesse, pois estávamos cansados da viagem, só queríamos entrar no quarto, o Luciano ficou brabo, disse que fui rude, que o "xinguei", E QUE ELE TAMBEM ESTAVA CANSADO, MAS POR ESTAR TRABALHANDO! Ficamos quietos, NOS SENTIMOS MAL TRATADOS!!!! Postura NADA PROFISSIONAL com hospedes. PIOR ATENDIMENTO QUE TIVEMOS NA ARGENTINA NUM CHECKIN! Pior atendimento de checkin que lembro de ter tido na vida em 25 anos viajando o mundo todo. Meu marido queria ir embora da cidade! NÃO ME HOSPEDAREI NO LOCAL DE NOVO EM FUNÇÃO DA MÁ IMPRESSÃO QUE FICAMOS. NUNCA INDICAREI ESSE LODGE PARA NINGUEM. Tem lodges fofos na cidade e o HOTEL PAIHUEN, lindo no alto também, com estrutura maravilhosa, atendimento de alto nível e o melhor wine bar da cidade. Ficamos 2 noites, não colocamos o pé na casa de chá.

Vista sensacional

Hospedar-se aqui foi uma experiência simplesmente exemplar. O lugar é rústico, mas ao mesmo tempo é extremamente confortável, com roupas de cama premium que garantem noites de descanso perfeito. O atendimento da Carla é impecável, sempre atenciosa e prestativa, fazendo toda a diferença na estadia. A vista para as montanhas, a cordilheira e o Lago Lácar é de tirar o fôlego — um cenário que parece obra de arte, mas é totalmente real. A sensação é de estar em uma verdadeira imersão na natureza, com paz, silêncio e beleza ao redor.

En général, expérience très moyenne. Pas un bon rapport qualité-prix, étant donné que c’est très loin du centre (plus de 30min à pied-ce n’est pas mentionné dans la description) et que la route pour y accéder est en très mauvais état. Nous avons eu peur d’avoir une crevaison avec notre auto. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, c’est très vieux. Les photos sont plus belles que la réalité. Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre.

Precisa sair do amadorismo

Boa estadia apesar de evento de maratona (triatlom) comprometer minha rotina de acesso a hospedaria. Excelente chuveiro, enxoval, estacionamento. Cafe da manhã pode melhorar. Por ser uma hospedagem distante e de dificil acesso ao centro da cidade, o estabelecimento deveria oferecer condições como refeições fora de horário, frigobar abastecido, pois o hospede passa fome. Recomendo que o silêncio seja valorizado no local: acordar pela manhã com barulho de maquinas de jardim é muito desagradável. O acesso a hospedaria é um caos. Eu aluguei uma camionete e mesmo assim era desconfortável dirigir ate o Arrayan.

Vista maravilhosa,a mais bonita que tivemos em todos os locais onde nos hospedamos( desde Bariloche,Vila la Angostura)!!! Cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom… Mas o hotel tem 4 quartos e só o meu estava ocupado. Local de difícil acesso, super isolado…à noite muito medo de sair e voltar pois não há funcionários nem ninguém no local. Café da manhã só tem ovo,pão,queijo,presunto e algumas bolachinhas doces… café aquecido em microondas!!!

No tiene acceso con una carretera adecuada, es un camino de tierra, angosto, lleno de lodo, peligroso, sin señalización, en medio de un montaña, más cuando llueve y si neva puede quedarse atrapado, a no ser que seas chofer de rally.

Excelente!

Realmente es un lugar único, con una vista maravillosa (probablemente una de las mejores de San Martin de los Andes) Las habitaciones cuentan con un balcón con vista hacia la montaña. Excelente es poco.
