"Breakfast spread was great to start our day. Croissants were so good:) Shuttle service to airport was clean, and driver was very polite. Check in staff were all very accommodating and cheerful. We requested for a water kettle and they were fast to bring to our room. Room was clean with aircon working well. The elevator was tiny and busy, so give yourself more time when checking out. The hotel restaurant served really good food. It gets very busy for dinner, so best to book a table. Location is quiet, with a few shops around. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"Excellent location adjacent to the airport. Rooms were a bit hot and the thermostat did not allow settings below 20C. Couple that with a thick blanket it was hard to sleep as it was very hot."

"I needed a budget friendly, clean place with a restaurant and bar that had transportation from and to the hotel. I was apprehensive at first but then very satisfied once I arrived. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, as a single female traveler I felt safe. I didn't eat at the restaurant so I'm unable to comment on the food. But the bar had my necessities. Transportation was easy and accommodating. I would actually stay there again."

"I would recommend staying at a hotel closer to the airport. Even though this hotel says it is not far from the airport, a taxi costs around €50, and if you are traveling alone, the shuttle back to the airport can cost around €40–45. With those transfer costs, you can find a hotel much closer to the airport and avoid the stress. Our stay was extremely strange and stressful. When we arrived, the lady at reception told us that there would be no taxi or shuttle available in the morning to take us back to the airport. Even the taxi driver who brought us from the airport had told us the same thing. We became very worried because we had a flight to catch and absolutely did not want to risk missing it. Because of this, we decided to go back to the airport and look for another hotel. Unfortunately, all the nearby hotels were fully booked, so we had no choice but to return to this hotel. Thankfully, when we came back, there was another gentleman at reception who was extremely helpful and managed to arrange everything for us. In the morning, the shuttle was indeed waiting for us, and we made it to the airport without any problems. So, while everything worked out in the end, the experience was unnecessarily stressful. The conflicting information from the staff was the biggest issue. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend confirming your airport transfer in advance and getting clear confirmation from the hotel."
