Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

"Camera pulita, Personale cordiale. Alcuni servizi da rivedere, come il bollitore a pagamento e il servizio consegna asciugamani chiuso all'orario di pranzo. Il cibo abbondante ma si può migliorare la qualità. Nel complesso siamo stati bene."

"We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 27th September - 3rd October B&B and had the best time. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and very informative. We booked a classic room with resort view and we were surprised that we had been given a classic room with sea view. We were on the 14th floor which was great to take in the sea views. I had left a note prior to arrival that it was a trip for my wife's birthday and there was a card and cookies in the room for her! Nice touch. The room...

"Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!"

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"
