"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

Das Frühstück im Café nebenan war allerdings nicht so ganz toll. Es war zwar alles im Preis inklusive und der Palazzo spart sich einen eigenen Frühstücksbereich indem man das Outsourct. Im Café ist bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals noch Luft nach oben"

"The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. "

"Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. "The hotel is slap bang on the main pedestrian route. just a few metres from the Quattro canti corner and the nude fountain. The front area is very noisy and busy so ask for a room at the back if you want peace. Our standard suite was large, clean, quiet and on a separate corridor way back."

"Ausstattung ist etwas Besonderes. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Frühstücksraum ist sehr sehr klein - man sitzt quasi aufeinander. Aber alles andere ist sehr sehr empfehlenswert"

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...

"Breakfast was ok but never changed I would not recommend a long stay.Only 4 restaurants were actually open as two are not year round. Actual sea not available to go in due to constant bad and unsafe conditions meaning no water sports as advertised Excursions that are available all have an extra fee to participate in making them overpriced in my eyes. Everything we could do is in cefalu so u pay money and are given time limits to go there I would suggest staying in Cefalu or Palermo "
