"Fantastic location, poor service. IMPORTANT: The place is only accessible by boat! Not a problem if you know about it, but the listing does NOT specify it anywhere, and the property did NOT contact us ahead of our trip despite booking 16 days in advance. "The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart."

Is hard when you have a nice place and very angry and unhappy people making the paying guests very...

Si planeas trabajar mientras estás aquí, no será fácil. Pude pasar solo el 20% del tiempo."
