"This is a comfortable, modern, well situated hotel just a few minutes walk, literally, from the Maya Mall in Nimmanhaemin. You can easily walk to Nimmanhaemin Road and all it offers.To get down to the old city and riverside area there are local transport options such as the small red pickups and tuktuks, as well as the taxi services provided by apps like Grab. My room was clean, comfortable and on the 5th floor, so pretty quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied, with different hot options each day. There were also what you might call make your own noodle soup or congee stations with a range of ingredients to add. I felt the breakfast offering was a big plus. The hotel staff - front desk, restaurant and housekeeping - were all friendly, cheerful and really helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would certainly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in this part of Chiangmai. "

"Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended "
