"We stayed at Hotel Canal Grande for 4 nights. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. We arrived at 1 am in the morning and wanted to have a cocktail after a long day of travel. Even though the bar closed at 11 pm, the front desk clerk was kind enough to open the bar for us for as long as we wanted. "Really great beautiful hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent staff. No restaurant but a lounge and a lovely garden. Great grocery store right around the corner for good food wine beer etc if you’ve had enough of the crowds and high prices. Highly recommend! "

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the restaurant strip and probably a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly...
