"We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect."

"Location and room are great however it is not convenient if you have big luggages since we had to carry them 2 stories up. There is no person to assist to carry them up on site. They assisted to store the luggages when we went to pompeii park. We communicated through messages. "

"We stayed 4 nights at the property. We picked it because of the free parking and excellent location if you want to explore the whole area and the surroundings. The motorway is close and there is a quick access to A3 either to Naples or Salerno or Sorento. We stayed at the base floor facing front of the property. "Spent 12 days there and enjoyed every minute! Central location, generous breakfast, lovely service, and warm-knowledgeable-helpful staff. The rooms have been newly renovated, are well appointed, tastefully designed and comfortable. It’s a historic building, so has uniquenesses and charm. The windows are oversized, ceilings are high, rooms are large. We loved it!"

"The room was extremely clean and the management were so helpful in organising public transport. We paid the maid to take us to the train station because we couldn’t get a taxi. They organised this. There was a good range of food for breakfast and we could see the seas and Vesuvius from our bedroom window. You have to walk up a hill to get to the train station and then you can get to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii"

"The hotel listing showed a bar, restaurant and 24 hour front desk. There were none of these. I received an email the night before our visit asking if we wanted a meal on our first night and I accepted . When we arrived we were told they couldn't do dinner as they weren't ready which was a suprise as I booked the hotel months ago. Breakfast was plentiful and nice but after this there was rarely any staff on site and it seemed never over night so we were left completely on our own until morning(...
