"Hotel and grounds were clean and nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing for my husband that likes something more than breakfast sandwiches, bagels and fruit."

"Staff was friendly, the room was clean at least, breakfast was okay, and the courtyard was fairly nice. However, I paid for a courtyard view and my husband and I were put at the tail end of the building, where it was at the end of the courtyard, the hot tub jets were out of order, the property is older and looked it, and I asked for extra pillows when I booked the room and never received them along with the bed being so uncomfortably stiff and getting maybe an hour and half of interrupted sleep. Not the best experience to celebrate our 21 year Anniversary."

"This is my second time visiting and using Crown Point. I highly recommend them to friends and family for their Ruidoso getaway. The staff is sweet and understanding and if they can try to check you in sooner, they will, they’re communicative and responsive. I have never had an issue with my stays and housekeeping keeps things well stocked. The view is incredible! Can’t wait to go back!"
