"Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing."

"The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over the floor in the room and in the curtains on the bed and in the bathtub. The traffic up to the adventure park was very loud. And there were no amenities on the property. But the lady on site...

"From the moment we got to the hotel until we left, the staff were wonderful. My family and I were greeted with freshly made juice blend that was delicious and our bags were taken to our room. We booked activities prior to arriving but wish we hadn’t because they help you with all of that as well, which includes transportation to and from the hotel.
