"El alojamiento es excepcional. Lugar muy limpio y nuevo. Situado al lado de Santa Elena. Cerca de los parques más importantes de actividades de canopy. Personal atento y amable. Buen desayuno. Las comunicaciones son un poco complicadas. Las carreteras, o mejor dicho caminos, son muy malos y en toda la zona es imprescindible tener un coche 4x4. "

"El lugar es muy bonito, espacioso y cómodo para viajar con niños. Se puede ver el volcán desde la ventana, cada uno de los espacios estaba perfectamente ordenado y con un nivel de limpieza espectacular! Las personas que nos atendieron en el lugar fueron sumamente amables y respetuosos. Definitivamente volveremos lo pasamos muy bien! "

"The pictures on the website are misleading. The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. The towels were very dingy looking and very old. The bedding looked like it had been washed by putting it in a sink. The shower had grime in the corners and where you had to stand. there was no shower curtain so when you showered the bathroom floor would be a giant puddle when you were done. I pulled the blankets back the first night i was there and the top sheet had stains on it. I had to remove it from...
