Trash/recycle everywhere, room/bathroom is dirty. Room badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom window is broken, mosquito gets in the room. The restaurant is okay, serve from 8am to 5pm only. Not even a room service after this hour. No refrigerator, WiFi, sheets dirty. I will not recommend to anybody from Westerners. The hotel pictures are misleading.

This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC.

朝食込みの宿泊にも関わらず、朝食料金を請求された

朝食込みの料金であったものの、朝食指定のメニューの説明がなかったので、指定以外のメニューを頼んでしまった。結局指定以外のメニューの料金を料金を指定メニューの料金の差額ではなく、全額取られた。これは全く納得出来ない。

Mediocre and not operated very well.

Upon check in I was told my room did not include breakfast, but clearly stated it did in the reservation. I had tobgo "prove" it to them. After a ling motorcycle ride, it was a bad start. The bar was closed and had to be opened. The young guy who opened the bar was nice until he told me the billiards was 250 pesos an hour AFTER I had played for an hour and that he would have to pay for it or some rediculous nonsense that felt like a classic Philippines Scam. I did not pay or play again. The next morning there was a metal gate outside my room that was slamming shut and opening with the wind every 20 seconds or so. I had to go outside and latch it shut. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. I will not stay here again, much better to go to Hagnaya Beach Resort. Everything there is much much better and worth the small increase in cost.

Good foods, friendly staffs and good services. Nice pool but jacuzzi was not working, staff said it was broken, Properties was not well maintained, the beach was so rocky it so hard to walk, lots of sea weeds And muddy. There is no activities they can offer during the time of our stay. It will be a good place, if it is well maintain,

Management leidet an Selbstüberschätzung

die Anlage ist nicht belebt. die paar Gäste üben sich über viele Std. und Tage mit Karaoke in Superlautstärke. immerhin war dann ab 23h. Ruhe. die Unterküfte sind 50% überteuert und daher nicht zufriedenstellend. das Personal freundlich.

Hôtel agréable

Accueil agréable dans ce complexe hôtelier, chambre propre et confortable, environnement agréable, restauration simple mais bonne. l’ensemble du personnel est à l’ecoute et le séjour à été agréable. Seul bémol, absence de TV dans la chambre ; mais on ne vient pas pour cela.

Rundown hotel with nice restaurant and beach

Room had extremely loud wall type air con and small old TV with 3 fuzzy channels. Room generally was dark and old fashioned. Bathroom run down, very slow shower but functional. Except the pool and KTV the other advertised facilities were out of order, apparently since Typhoon Hainan over 3 years ago. Most people there were locals pay $3 a day to use the pool. The restaurant was surprisingly good, both food and decor, but mostly just my group as locals & most guests pay corkage to bring own food. Internet variable but at times quite usable. They advertise new features to be introduced soon but we saw no evidence of it.

Karmea kokemus hylätyssä resortissa

Tämä hotelli oli suoraan 80-luvun kauhuelokuvasta. Yövyttiin yksi yö ja vaihdettiin heti seuraavana päivänä paikkaa. Mikään ei toiminut ja alue näytti siltä ettei siellä olisi kukaan käynyt aikakausiin. Ruoka oli aivan kamalaa, sängyt olivat todella vanhat ja epämukavat, asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin hidasta, ei wi-fiä muualla kuin kaukana respassa ja uima-allas tai mikään aktiviteettialue ei ollut käytettävissä enää klo 21 jälkeen. Käytännössä pitäisi mennä nukkumaan heti yhdeksältä kun ei ole mitään muutakaan tekemistä. En suosittele tätä paikkaa sitten kenellekään eurooppalaiselle, en missään nimessä! HUH!

It was my second time to stay in the resort, the first was a bit ok, but the second time was worst. From the room up to the service. Though I can see that the hotel staff were trying their best to give good service, but it's just unfortunate that their resources were not enough. Room: - the cabinet was dilapidated and smelled bad with a lot of insects inside - cleanliness: it was ok Comfort Room: - shower curtain was very dirty, there were a lot of stains - water dipper was very dirty Service: - it was obvious that the staff were trying their best to give good service but it was also obvious that they lack training - front desk staff asked for my husbands credit card PIN number and insisted that it's ok, they should be aware that this is a very confidential information - they entered our room to put the extra bed without even informing us that they will be doing so, without asking permission and without our presence Food and Food Service: - cold ham, cold corned beef and cold egg for breakfast - warm (not hot) water for coffee - slow service - not enough staff - you have to order 1 hour before your intended time to take your meal as service is first come first serve - for a simple sandwich or hamburger they do not have

The beach and outdoor areas were beautiful and relaxing. The room is old and the shower didn't Hartley work.

Good food, nice big pool and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. Didn't miss not having a TV in the room but would have liked a kettle to make coffee after the restaurant had closed.

Overpriced and disgraceful

Overall very poor and overpriced. Condition is poor, steps on the slide to the pool were highly dangerous, rotten steel and wood with rust and holes everywhere, tetanus risk! I went there in the belief they offered diving and snorkelling, no boat when I got there, diving shop looked redundant for quite sometime! Wifi was terrible, stated it worked in the restaurant but it didn't at all, worked at reception but very slow! Food was average, not many options actually available on the menu, limited choices and kitchen obviously not buying in more supplies. Ordered a s*x on the beach "cocktail" and got vodka with orange cordial and water, terrible and had to pay full price! Bed in the room was awful, very soft and gave me a sore lower back! Shower was terrible, old and no just working! Generally this place was terrible, very overpriced, the beach was covered in rubbish and the sea pool was disgusting and not fit for humans! I would advise highly against staying here, the owners are obviously clinging on for dear life and have not invested in maintaining the property for a long time, the website and marketing is very misleading and it simply does not offer anything it states it does
