The location offers an outstanding view of the city and the provided telescope was great for viewing the night sky. The meal delivery service from the nearby restaurant was very convenient and the food was fantastic. Our dome weathered the hard rain throughout the night with no issues. Highly recommend staying here.

The Room was very clean, however the view from our dome was towards a bayou with lots of trash. That needs to be clean, it took away from the beauty of the area. Also the water smells like sulfur, that was concerning to us. We had three domes. Each dome has two king size beds. Staff was very helpful and attentive. There needs to be better signage to get to the Domes as there is really none and google's instructions aren't that great.

Excellent place for a special date. However, the A/C unit needs improvement. On sunny days, the inside of the dome gets very warm between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The location is still spectacular. The landscape is beautiful, featuring breathtaking sunrises and night views that look like they're straight out of a movie.

The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back problems.

I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before. One thing to keep in mind is that the walk up to the dome is very steep, so be prepared. It is also not handicap accessible. Overall, the view was amazing, but a few service-related issues left me disappointed.

This mountain domes style hotel had absolutely stunning views and was super cute and relaxing. The room was well equipped with a BBQ, mini fridge, microwave, fireplace, robes, and even a telescope, which was a fun touch. The only downside was that there was no heater, and it got very cold at night.

The view from this place breathtakingly gorgeous and the staff is super friendly. The rooms inside was superb and exceeded all our expectation. My suggestions would be for them to have proper signs at the entrance of the sharp turn before you go up their hill, since there wasn’t any signs and it was easy to miss. Second, for them to treat the sewer system near the Polaris room since the smell was really strong from the outside. We didn’t spend enough time outside since the smell was overbearing.
