"Beautiful historic hotel with absolutely stunning views over Mount Teide on one side, and the beach / mountains on the other. The old furniture was very in-keeping with the architecture and it had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were brilliant, though the same breakfast for a whole week got a bit repetitive - would have been nice to have had some more options or menu rotations.
