"Once arrived to the property the hotel was close and there was no communication with the front desk. I have to schedule another hotel near by on my own spend to relocate my family and I am still fighting with the agency to recover my loss investment"

"The house is beautiful and clean! Our issues lied with the lack of transparency, and false advertisement…
First of all, we were downgraded house, without any compensation. Furthermore we chose this place for the amenities listed and many were not available.. we were looking forward to enjoy an evening fire, but the indoor fireplace in our villa was apparently defective so we were told we could not use it, neither the communal exterior fireplace. Also, the listing said there were 4 mountain...
