Although we never met, the staff was responsive and helpful. The location was ideal and quiet considering we were on a busy street with many bars/restaurants. It was a little strange to have to walk through the Pension’s hall to use our private washroom but considering all there was to enjoy in the area, we were not there much except to sleep. What a great home base our stay was! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This little gem is in the perfect spot for exploring Old Town. Such helpful hosts with great communication and very flexible with check in. Can absolutely recommend.

I feel lucky to have found this perfect location in the heart of the old town. The owner was super helpful when I got in late and helped me troubleshoot a fan I was having difficulty with – he was extremely attentive. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again when I come back!

The location was incredible for us and our children for our short stay. Access was easy and straight forward. Everything we needed was nearby, beaches, food, laundrette etc We had missed in the description of the property that our bathroom was separate to the room. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, but as we have children, they needed to be accompanied to the toilet. This is a personal preference of course, but something that made the property slightly less helpful for us.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privative étant donné que nous avons un bébé de 3 ans. La chambre était parfaite, très propre et très bien aménagé. La pension est très bien situé, nous sommes tombé en période de carnaval pour notre plus grand plaisir, il y avait effectivement pas mal de bruit mais nous avons quand même pu dormir. Les hôtes sont très gentils et très serviable, pour le prix, l’emplacement et le service c’est une pépite!

Good room, great location and fantastic host

We had a great stay at pension Miramar, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, and not noisy despite it being in the heart of old town! Furthermore, Eneko was a wonderful host, who gave us a warm welcome and fantastic recommendations to experience Donostia!

It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive. Some things to bare in mind: It is virtual check in only - you need to do this beforehand in order to receive the code to get in It overlooks a busy road of bars - hiwever it tended to quiet down by around 11pm. It is very hot, there is no aircon, but there is a fan. Finally, the bathroom is in a seperate room down the corridor, which I wasn’t expecting, accessible via a key.

Quaint Hotel In Historic District

Perfect central location, greeting and communication with the owner was timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. We knew being in a central location it would be lively and possibly noisy outside, no complaints. Michelin restaurants easily available within a block of the property and the beach 2 blocks away

Nice to have a washing machine but no dryer makes it challenging. The room does not have Air Conditioning only fans. I Would avoid stays in the summer.

Ci siamo fermati in questa struttura 3 notti, io mia moglie e le mie 2 figlie abbiamo speso 850€ per una camera con 2 letti matrimoniali e un bagno esterno alla camera e non comodo. che non può essere chiamata hotel e neppure pensione
