"The communication and text messaging was much appreciated. We were able to communicate with the office and let them know that we would be arriving at 10:30 pm. When we passed the office, he was there within moments, welcoming us in a very warm, professional, and friendly manner. I also appreciated the fact that he waited for me to open the lock box.
