"Front desk clerk didn’t seem to know what she was doing when we checked in. Had to run credit card through 4 times. Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. Surprised a linen cleaning fee was added to bill."

"The room size and the comfort of the beds is what really made us stay worthwhile. Overall, very clean. I was very happy with this stay. The girls could be a bit more friendly."

"Not enough chairs around pool area. Floor in hotel room dirty. Front staff excellent, very helpful. Enjoyed fresh coffee each morning in the lobby. Tv to small, no light on the remote."

"There was no hot water. The lady at the counter told me to wait until the next day to be able to take a shower after traveling from Ohio to AZ. So someone then came and helped me get hot water. Each day it took 15 mins for the shower water to get hot.The walls in the room was nasty as well as the floor. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped in some time."

"This review is difficult and one I never want to do. The Staff was wonderful and the Building was super clean (Now that's out of the way). Part 1 Safety This place was really bizarre. The rooms were 100% new and picture perfect, however, the couch, bed, and the chairs were super hard. the toilet was really low to the ground, the shower is super slippery, narrow, and zero hand rails. Lets not forget the (slippery) floors. they felt great to walk on until you took off your shoes. No Joke, with all things mentioned, it felt like a life risk being in the place. Part 2 (the 4 story mobile home park) Once we settled in, we notice this place is just like a 4 story mobile home. the furnishing, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tv, stove, bath tub, (everything) is for an RV. (Crazy, Bazaar chit) Little Side Comedy Once we arrive its explained that if we need extra pillows theirs a charge??? and the extra fee I see on the invoice is a laundry fee??? (I did not know it was extra to have them clean the sheets). I ask them if there's anything going on, on the property and its explained, " someones cooking on the grill right there" and "I can go hang out and watch em"??? Stayed 2 nights and the 1st day back I had to take off from work. Recovering from major back pains, neck pains "
