"La colazione scarna , per un hotel di tale categoria mai vista una cosa del genere. Nessuna scelta( solo cornetti e brioche) e anche per un capouccino si attende molto. Inoltre dovevamo pagare in struttura invece ci è stato addebbitato tutto la mattina dell' arrivo. Non professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura all' interno e le camere molto belle"

The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. "This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "

Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table).
