"Beautifully appointed, wonderful friendly staff, lovely fluffy towels, and very clean. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and freshly made scrambled or fried eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice were also offered, in addition to freshly made cappuccino. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The place is centrally located in Messina, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the train station. The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. "This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "

"Lägenhetshotell med mkt begränsad service, man kunde bett om mer, men lite svårt att få kontakt då personalen inte var där. Mer av självhushåll än vad vi tänkt oss. Frukosten bestod mest av yoghurt och rostbröd. Men passar säkert familjer på genomresa, rummen var stora, dock inte sängarna. "
