"The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. "The room was clean, but the Roku was difficult to navigate, and the bathroom, while handicap accessible, has no shelving for toiletries. No place to put razor, shampoo, body wash, etc. The walls were bare of decor and everything was in shades of gray. As it rained almost the entire time we were there, it was depressing. "My family had an amazing stay @ the Beechwood suites. The property was beautiful & magical. My daughter's wanted to swim all day, every day. They loved the lazy river, the indoor slide, & the outdoor pool. The surprising part was the pool's were not super busy, which was perfect. We had fun exploring the property.
