Rooms were uograded, restaurant was very nice, overall displayed a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. This is a great place to stay next time you be in Heathrow airport."

"Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH."
