Cari Safari Tentalow di Sandown

"Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast too."

"The Trouville is a lovely hotel on the seafront of Sandown. We booked two triple rooms with sea views for a family stay. The rooms are a great size plenty of storage and space to move around. We had a lovely night sleep with the waves crashing on to the beach. The breakfast was great we chose to have the cooked breakfast which was nice and there were lots of continental options which we could help ourselves to. The staff member was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We...

"The property is quite outdated but the staff were helpful and it was adequate for our one night stay."

"Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine."

"We had an ok stay. Overall there was a lot more good than bad. "Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room."

"部屋も清潔で家族4人安心して泊まることができました。徒歩2分の距離にcoopがありますのでとても便利です。もちろん部屋には水やスナック、コーヒーや紅茶のサービスがありました。満足しています。"

"We absolutely loved our stay here, every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally professional, Emma on reception was absolutely wonderful. Very enjoyable meals, spa was great. Beautiful and convenient location, I'd happily stay again."

"Perfect location in Shanklin, wonderful views. It’s just a short walk to the old village and Shanklin Chine. The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it was very good. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the sister hotel next door so there’s plenty to enjoy."
