"朝食のアレルギー対応の食事があるか何度もメッセージを送ったが、返事が一切無かった。そして滞在前に事前チェックインのメッセージがホテル側から届いたが、旅行中で忙しい為（4室もあり対応に時間がかかることから）、ホテル到着時にチェックインする旨をメッセージしたが、また返事が無い。翌朝また事前チェックインのメッセージだけ送られて来て、仕方なく忙しい中、事前チェックインを行った。ホテルに到着すると、すぐに鍵が渡される訳ではなく、またチェックイン作業があり、非常に手間がかかるホテルだった。スタッフも快い対応では無かったことが、せっかく良いホテルに宿泊したはずが、残念な点だった。朝食は大変素晴らしく、朝食のスタッフの対応だけは良かったことが救いとなった。"

"This accommodation is set amongst the beautiful countryside so you wake up to outstanding views, peace and quiet. The proprietor is warm and friendly...very helpful and makes a fantastic breakfast. We used it as a base to explore the local area. It is ideal for that. Those with limited mobility can be accommodated on the ground floor, however, please note, it is not fully wheelchair accessible. "The part we stayed in was the cottage, which was a little bit rundown could do a good lick of paint but spotlessly clean the food in the staff were excellent but thought slightly overpriced for the accommodation itself however would go back there again but maybe not in that room"
