The staff were great . My wife was in a wheelchair & they opened the room for us . Our room was very wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly & helpful . Our only complaint is the bad smell around the drained swimming pool.

The hotel definitely needs updating. The room was clean enough but lacked wash cloths. We had a room in the back so it was quiet but the hotel sits right next to the highway so front rooms might be noisy. I wouldn’t choose to say here again.

The hotel is a typical American roadside motel it was pretty much as you would expect. The reception lady was lovely and welcoming the check in process quick and efficient. The parking was plentiful. The room was perfectly clean and presentable no frills but as mentioned perfectly fine. Nothing exceptional but just fine. Downtown is roughly 10-15 min walk for restaurants and bars the onsite bar lounge is good the bar tender we met was excellent.

Night clerk was very helpful recommending a good place to eat. Bad was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel apiece. 2nd day we asked to get more towels and got 2 more bath towels and no wash rages. Also dirty towels were left in the room and garbage was not dumped!

Good location to walk to grocery or downtown area...decent breakfast items available...I've stayed there many times however it would be super if the pool and hot tub were filled and ready to use!

The room was basic but had everything we needed. You can tell its an older hotel. The pool and hot tub were not filled which was disappointing to my kids. The restaurant is also closed. The staff was super friendly. I would stay again.

Best bang for your buck. No fancy extras. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a great place to beds were comfortable, room was clean. Pool was empty but I didn’t know there was a pool.

The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and we slept very well. My boys and I walked to the restaurant next door and had the best fries on earth. Our drive to Silverwood on Saturday was easy and not too far from the hotel. And a good time was had by all.

Clean the rooms, very helpful stuff, plenty of parking, coin off laundry available. Property is little older, but everything worked fine, our bedding was comfortable and clean., We have plenty of towels, and when we needed more, there was no problem with that. Swimming pool is not operating so if you’re looking for swimming facilities, you probably won’t like it.. but we were very happy to stay at the hotel because it was nice clean and quiet. It is also very close to the swimming area of the beach to all the grocery stores to downtown to art gallery and cafés.

this was by far one of the worst "hotels" and I use that term loosely, that I've ever stayed at. the floor was absolutely filthy, everything was falling apart, the towel rack was ripped off the wall, the security latch didn't have a catch to it, the door wouldn't shut all the way unless you rammed your shoulder into it. If we weren't in Sandpoint I would have been worried for my families safety. They jacked their prices up during the soccer tournament, which I understand, all of them did. However, what we paid for this place you'd think we were staying at a nice 4 star hotel, not a 1 star flee bag
