"Staff was very nice handling our issues and the room and bathroom overall were clean and spacious. Issues were a broken shower head line (which was repaired for us when we returned) and unfortunately our key card to access the parking lot, hotel entrance, and our room was somehow de-activated after our first night, leading to us needing to call the emergency line. Ultimately, they had a system in place to get us back to our room, but it was concerning considering the key card is all guests have...

"Amazing property - the go to hotel for flying out of Verona. Awesome everything: A/C, comfortable beds, awesome staff, good restaurant, easy transportation to terminal, amazing pool to cool off in, brand new everything. Relaxed and ready to travel after staying here."

"Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden täglich belegt und ist hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wirkt sauber bis auf dem Schrank wo Staub herumliegt. Ansonsten war es wirklich sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage läuft wie eine Schweizer Uhr nämlich perfekt! Die Parkplätze sind gleich am Eingang zum Hotel und es war immer welcher vorhanden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Gebiet würden wir dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen!"
