"Place was nice and cozy and a spacious room, although did get a bit hot at night despite having windows open and fans on due to no ac (mountain town so okay). Overall it was a really cool place and only a 15 min walk to vail. We stayed here for a wedding so it was great, and the pizza place downstairs was such a great touch. We’d stayed here again in the summer, although I can’t even imagine what they charge for winter months."

"They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect."

"Property is like a classic European chalet or inn. Very friendly, comfortable, Swiss design but not over the top. Very unpretentious which is a relief in Vail. Rooms are very clean, large, basic but has everything you need. Glass carafes of water, actual hard keys, very charming. Breakfast room is like a tea room, very quaint.
