I learned that the sauna/spa/pool were closed when I checked in, and that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel, so that was a considerable disappointment, and no compensatory concession was offered to address the discrepancy between the Expedia profile/photos and the reality of the situation on the ground."

"Fast check in. Clean hotel. Large rooms. Good situation of the hotel close to the center. If you dont ask the reception, your room wont be clean during your stay. A bit strange but you better read the info in the room as no one told us upon check in.* In our bathroom, there was a continuous whistling noise coming from the pipes in the ceiling. quite disturbing. Rooms are over heated even after asking the reception to lower the temperature."

"No amenities not even a water boiler or coffee maker in the room for almost $200/night. I think it is partially my own fault - if I had noticed there was no water boiler/coffeeee maker in the room, I would not have chosen this hotel. I've thought it's essential - but NO. Yes, you could get free coffee or tea from the bar - but you need to join some membership and it's A LOT trouble to do so - especially when it's busy time, you have to wait in the line. Besides, they only clean the room...
