"We only stayed one night before taking the ferry to Utila. I appreciated that they arranged my airport transfer to the hotel and from the hotel to the ferry. My room was near the water, but you had to walk down the sand to get to it due to construction work. This construction meant there was a lot of noise during our stay, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The room was quite large and clean. "This was one of my best trips ever. Great people and beautiful beaches everyday! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff is great. I stayed here for 6 days and I would definitely return. And recommend it. Everything is pretty much in walking distance unless you need to do a tour."

"Great deal for the price and location, two-minute walk and you get to West Bay Beach. The Hotel is in front of West Bay Road (easy to access and recognize). Nearby to different restaurants, shops, stores, plazas, etc. Room was clean and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and courteous all the time. "Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly...

"Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
