The mattress was like sleeping on nothing. For the cost of a room, it was not worth it at all"

"Didnt get to check in! hotel was over booked by 11 reservations! Not sure how that is possible but there should be compensation or even a notice once the hotel is booked up to people who are still supposed to show up."
