"I booked the room and received a handicap accessible room which was dated but clean. Everything was good until at 9am I received not one but three times a knock on my door from housekeeping? Not sure why since checkout is 11am? Not happy with it and I was going to stay another night but chose to move on "

"Everything was nice and clean. The staff was great. It was an excellent visit."

"Mold covered leftover food in the refrigerator. Walls were paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room next door talking until 1:00am and the hear the male guest snoring the rest of the night. Second stay in a row at an IHG property we have had issues with. Last one had no A/C. That was the only up side to this stay, the A/C was above average for this franchise. Requested a call from management, nothing as of today. Selected this property based on price, you get what you pay for."

"They had a crows nest type deck to sit and enjoy the water which was great. We went in March so still chilly. We will opt for 2nd or 3rd floor next time. They had wine and cheese at 4pm and continental breakfast at 8 am-ish. Flies made cheese and crackers part unappealing and it was not even available first night. Continental breakfast was ehhhh. Most options were past sell date. Mike greated us when we got there and showed us around. Super nice. Would have liked to have a list of restaurants...

"Very spartan room which was fine as it had decent amenties. One small thing that would really help would be to fix the drapery on the window. It was hanging off the rod & made the room look terrible. Staff was friendly & efficient."

"This was our third time staying here and never again. It has gone way downhill ended up leaving right after checkin. There was a terrible smell that greeted us in the hallway and into our room. Everything was very dirty. The ac/ heat was super musty smelling. Will never return. "

"The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would give this place almost 5 stars but the shower water was lukewarm which is unacceptable to me. I had it the faucet turned completely to max hot and it never changed so I think instead of it running out of hot water, that is just what the temp was set for. That alone makes it so I’ll never stay here again. "
