"How beautiful and clean the hotel was in general, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were clean and neat. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by beautiful greenery!
I had to pay for parking each day I was there. If I had known that before booking, I would have chosen another hotel. Also, I was given the wrong information by the reservation staff prior to coming. I was told they offered complimentary breakfast, and they didn’t. I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The meals were expensive, & except for breakfast, not filling. The bedding was insufficient. Luckily we were given another comforter (they should be provided in the rooms), and I had brought 2 blankets from home. There were no brochures for fun things to do in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Instead there was a concierge desk staffed with people trying to sell you a vacation club package. There was never a lifeguard on duty or anyone to sweep the leaves that fell from the tree"
