"The room was very nice, and it was fun that they provided a yukata in the room and made it easy to obtain more in the lobby. The grand bath was enormous, and I had an excellent time soaking in the different kinds of onsen water. The outdoors section of the bath was absolutely wonderful in the winter. It was also great to have the area behind the lobby before the grand bath with the restaurant, shopping center, capsule toy machines, and arcade; I really appreciated having those inside the hotel, especially during the frigid winter when I would have had to get out of the yukata and into winter clothes to go into town."

All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist. The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing.
