"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. "The Sapporo Prince was a wonderful base for exploring Sapporo. The free shuttle to and from the station was a bonus and gave an immediate sense of the quality of service and accommodation that was awaiting us. Our room was relatively spacious compared to others on our trip and gave us views across the city.
