"This resort is incredible in many respects. The people are exceptional, the beds are plush and comfortable, they were wonderful about accommodating my food allergies, and took great care of us. The connection to nature was apparent and appreciated. The dive shop folks, spa staff, and nurse did a tremendous job too. "It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far."
