"As soon as we arrived, my daughter’s room needed to be changed immediately. There were stains all over the lampshades the couch had stains all over it, and I actually found a piece of bacon on the couch. We switched her room and honestly the second room they gave her was not much better. My room was also not great at all. The faucets in my bathroom were covered in gunk and goo and I asked for the room to be cleaned again, but it was not fixed. There was women’s hair on the shower walls before...

"Now have to 'request' coffee maker. On duty manager wanted to argue about setup even though sign in room said 'on request'. Hope this isn't all HIE policy. Limited breakfast last day due to 'an emergency'. Overbooked, king bed and sofa really isn't an upgrade from 2 Q's, a small partician does not make 'suite,"

"When you get there check the sheets and anything else that should have been cleaned. Don't expect much from the management. Property has been remodeled but as cheaply as possible. 32-in TVs and cheap mattresses will make you wish you checked other properties"

"The arrival was as planned. My Expedia reservation included a sofa bed which was clearly written on the reservation. At 430pm checkin I was given a suite which was suppose to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which is enough to sleep 5 persons. It was not until we returned to the suite at midnight that we tried opening the sofa bed, but it turned out to be a regular non sofa bed. By this time my kids were already in bed and settled in. "We chose this property for the distance from Key West Express dock. Easy to find late at night. Room was ok, nothing fancy. We were impressed with the outdoor setting, cozy, comfortable and inviting. Continental breakfast was great. "

"The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "
