"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. "Stayed 2 nights. Was unaware this would be an apartment away from the gasthaus. No shower door or enclosure in the bathroom, just a shower area next to the toilet. Apparently had not been rented for sometime, lots of cobwebs and a few spiders."

"The hotel was much larger than we expected for the small town of Herrieden, but it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable, but could use air conditioning in the warmer months. We look forward to coming back!"
